One of my fondest childhood memories is making a Holly Hobby latch hook rug. For those who know me, you know how much I love arts and crafts. Slow Loris Goods emerged from my on-going creative endeavors and the joy of making handmade items. Very often I find myself immersed in meticulous, detailed, and time-consuming projects. This slow process is what sparked the name Slow Loris Goods. Not sure what a slow loris is? It's a small, slow-moving, nocturnal primate with huge eyes. One of the most adorable animals you'll ever see.* The charm and the slow-pace of the slow loris is the inspiration for Slow Loris Goods.
*Despite their adorableness, slow lorises should never, ever be kept as pets. It is cruel to them, not safe for you (they are venomous), and they are on the brink of extinction.
